Custom Tracksuit Manufacturer for Clothing Brands
We make track-jacket and jogger sets, zip-top and straight-pant sets, hoodie sets, teamwear, and private-label tracksuits. We can customise the fabric, panels, fit of both pieces, pockets, zips, artwork, embroidery, and labels.
The right fabric range depends on the fit, weight, and finish you want.
Set combinations
Track jackets, zip tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, tapered pants, straight-leg sweatpants, and coordinated fleece or interlock sets can be reviewed.
Construction details
Plan waistband and cuff structure, drawcords, pockets, zippers, panels, leg shape, inseam, rise, top length, lining, and fabric recovery as one coordinated product.
Branding options
Print, embroidery, patches, panel color blocking, woven labels, care labels, hang tags, zipper details, and packaging can be developed around the approved set.
Planning your production order
Choose the right top and bottom combination
A tracksuit can pair a jacket, hoodie, or sweatshirt with tapered joggers, straight-leg pants, or relaxed sweatpants. The two garments should share a clear fabric, color, trim, and branding direction while still being measured and fitted separately.
Select fabric for the intended use
Interlock can provide a smoother athletic structure, while fleece or French terry can create a warmer streetwear or loungewear set. GSM, stretch, recovery, brushing, opacity, season, and decoration method should match the intended customer and price position.
Control fit across both garments
Confirm top length, shoulder shape, sleeve profile, chest, waistband, rise, thigh, inseam, leg opening, cuffs, and pocket construction. A good-looking top does not rescue poorly fitted bottoms, so both pieces must be approved during sampling.
Plan branding across the full set
Logos, embroidery, prints, patches, piping, panel colors, zipper pulls, labels, and packaging should feel coordinated without making production unnecessarily complex. Send front, back, and side placement references for both the top and bottom.
Move from sample to repeat production
Samples in 10–12 days. Bulk production in 20–30 days.
Prepare your tech pack and sample approval checklist before confirming production.
Questions before ordering
What is the MOQ for a custom tracksuit set?
The MOQ is 25 pieces. A focused first order works best when fabric sourcing, colors, paneling, size range, branding, and design count are clear.
Can the top and pants use different fits or details?
Yes. The top and bottom are developed as separate garments within one coordinated set. You can specify different silhouettes, pockets, trims, panels, and measurements while keeping the collection visually consistent.
Which fabrics work for tracksuits and sweatsuits?
Interlock, fleece, French terry, polyester blends, and other suitable knits can be reviewed depending on whether the set is athletic, streetwear, warm, lightweight, structured, or relaxed.
Can Fabricly make custom joggers or sweatpants without the top?
Yes. Standalone jogger and sweatpant projects can be reviewed. Share the waistband, rise, leg shape, pockets, cuffs or hem, fabric weight, artwork, quantity, and delivery details.
What information is needed for tracksuit pricing?
Send references or a tech pack for both pieces, quantity by color, size range, fabric direction, measurements, panel details, zippers, artwork, labels, packaging, destination, and sample requirements.
For labels and packaging, see private-label manufacturing. Smaller production runs depend on the specification; review low-MOQ planning.
