Custom Hoodie Manufacturer for Clothing Brands
We make pullover, zip-up, oversized, drop-shoulder, heavyweight, and private-label fleece hoodies. Choose the fabric and fit, then customise the hood, pockets, drawcords, print, embroidery, patches, labels, and packaging.
The right fabric range depends on the fit, weight, and finish you want.
Hoodie styles
Pullover, zip-up, oversized, drop-shoulder, heavyweight, streetwear, merch, and private-label hoodie directions can be reviewed against your references or tech pack.
Fabric and construction
Fleece and French terry options can be discussed across practical GSM ranges, with rib cuffs, waistbands, hoods, pockets, drawcords, zippers, seams, and fit confirmed during development.
Branding options
Artwork can be reviewed for screen print, puff print, embroidery, chenille-style details, patches, woven labels, care labels, hang tags, and suitable packaging.
Planning your production order
Choose fleece fabric weight around the product
A lightweight casual hoodie, structured streetwear hoodie, and cold-weather heavyweight hoodie should not use the same fabric plan. Share your target GSM if known, or describe the season, handfeel, fit, and retail positioning so we can review fleece or French terry options.
Define fit and construction clearly
Important details include regular or oversized fit, body length, drop shoulder, sleeve shape, hood depth, kangaroo or zip pockets, rib dimensions, drawcords, zipper quality, and seam finishing. Reference measurements or an approved garment make sample development more accurate.
Match decoration to the fabric
Puff print, screen print, embroidery, chenille-style artwork, patches, and mixed decoration all behave differently on fleece and terry surfaces. Artwork size, placement, colors, stitch density, print layers, and wash expectations should be reviewed before production.
Approve a sample before bulk
Sample development takes 10–12 days after requirements, artwork, and materials are confirmed. Review fit, fabric, stitching, decoration, labels, and finishing before approving the bulk order.
Send enough detail for a useful quote
Share the hoodie style, quantity by color, size range, reference images or tech pack, fabric or GSM direction, artwork files, branding and packaging needs, delivery country, and whether you need a sample first. Missing details can materially change pricing.
Prepare your tech pack and sample approval checklist before confirming production.
Questions before ordering
What is the MOQ for custom hoodies?
The MOQ is 25 pieces. A focused first order works best when fabric availability, colors, sizing, decoration, labels, and packaging are clear.
Can Fabricly manufacture 450 GSM heavyweight hoodies?
Heavyweight hoodie projects around 450 GSM can be reviewed. Availability, composition, brushing, shrinkage, color, rib matching, and the required quantity must be confirmed before we promise a specific fabric.
Can I combine puff print, embroidery, and chenille details?
Multiple decoration methods can be reviewed on one hoodie. We need the artwork, placement, dimensions, colors, and reference finish to assess compatibility, cost, and production sequence.
Do you provide custom labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven neck labels, size and care labels, hang tags, stickers, poly bags, and other packaging directions can be discussed according to the order requirements and supplied artwork.
What should I send for a custom hoodie quotation?
Send reference images or a tech pack, quantity by color, size range, fabric or GSM target, artwork files, decoration method, label and packaging requirements, destination country, and sample needs.
For labels and packaging, see private-label manufacturing. Smaller production runs depend on the specification; review low-MOQ planning.
