T-Shirt Manufacturing

Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer for Clothing Brands

We make regular-fit, boxy, oversized, heavyweight, washed, printed, embroidered, and private-label t-shirts. We can customise the fabric weight, neck, measurements, wash, artwork, labels, and packaging.

T-shirt styles

Oversized, regular fit, boxy fit, heavyweight, streetwear, merch, blank, printed, embroidered, and private-label t-shirt directions can be reviewed against your references or tech pack.

Fabric and GSM

Cotton jersey, combed cotton, compact cotton, cotton blends, washed finishes, rib collars, neck tape, side seams, and practical GSM ranges can be discussed based on your target product.

Branding options

Screen print, puff print, DTG-style references, embroidery, patches, woven labels, neck labels, care labels, hang tags, and simple packaging can be planned before sampling.

Planning your production order

Start with the fit direction

A boxy streetwear tee, regular retail tee, and oversized drop-shoulder tee need different measurements. Share your target fit, reference images, size range, and preferred garment length so the sample can be reviewed properly.

Choose fabric weight with the buyer in mind

Lightweight, midweight, and heavyweight tees feel very different after wash and wear. If you are unsure, describe your target retail feel and we can review practical GSM options before confirming the material plan.

Match artwork to the garment

Large prints, puff print, embroidery, neck prints, patches, and mixed decoration need artwork size, placement, colors, and finish references. Decoration method can affect cost, timeline, and minimum quantity.

Confirm labels and packaging early

Private-label t-shirts often need neck labels, wash labels, hang tags, stickers, folding, and packaging direction. Share brand files early so sample and bulk planning does not get delayed.

Approve sample details before bulk

Samples in 10–12 days. Bulk production in 20–30 days.

Prepare your tech pack and sample approval checklist before confirming production.

Questions before ordering

What is the MOQ for custom t-shirts?

The MOQ is 25 pieces. A focused first order works best when fabric availability, color count, sizes, printing, labels, and packaging are clear.

Can Fabricly manufacture heavyweight oversized t-shirts?

Yes, heavyweight and oversized t-shirt projects can be reviewed. Share your target GSM, fit reference, size range, artwork, and quantity so fabric and construction can be assessed.

Can you do puff print or embroidery on t-shirts?

Puff print, screen print, embroidery, patches, and mixed decoration can be reviewed. Artwork size, placement, stitch density, print layers, and fabric surface need to be confirmed before quoting.

What files are needed for a t-shirt quote?

Send reference images or a tech pack, quantity by color, size range, fabric or GSM target, artwork files, branding and packaging needs, destination country, and sample requirements.

Do you offer DDP delivery for t-shirt orders?

Yes. We ship DDP by default, with final delivered pricing confirmed after quantity, packed weight, destination, and shipment details are reviewed.

For labels and packaging, see private-label manufacturing. Smaller production runs depend on the specification; review low-MOQ planning.
