Custom clothing manufacturing

Clothing manufacturing process for clothing brands

Custom clothing production for clothing brands starts with an approved tech pack and sample. The order then moves through fabric selection, cutting, stitching, branding, quality checks, packing, and shipping.

How it works

From pattern to finished order.

Follow each stage of custom clothing manufacturing, from pattern making and fabric selection to garment construction, branding, quality checks, and delivery. Bulk production starts after the product details and sample are approved.

Pattern making

We turn your tech pack, sketch, or reference into a workable pattern and size set for the garment you want to make.

Fabric sourcing

We match the pattern to the right fabric, GSM, composition, color, and trims, then confirm the materials before cutting.
