Planning your production order
Build artwork around garment panels
All-over graphics need front, back, sleeve, hood, pocket, and side-panel planning. Logos, gradients, patterns, names, and numbers should be supplied at usable resolution with clear scale and placement direction.
Use suitable polyester fabric
Sublimation requires an appropriate polyester-based surface. Fabric weight, brushing, stretch, opacity, handfeel, season, and intended use should be reviewed before the print and sewing plan is confirmed.
Approve color and alignment in the sample
Screen colors can differ from printed fabric, and graphics may cross seams or panels. Sample approval should check print color, artwork alignment, sizing, hood shape, pocket placement, stitching, labels, and finishing.
